How do I receive my files?
Every product is a digital download. Right after checkout you get access to your files, and you can come back to them any time from your Whop account.
Which file formats do you offer?
It depends on the product. Clipart comes as transparent PNG, wrapping paper patterns as high-resolution 300 DPI JPG, and cut templates as SVG, DXF and PDF. The format list is on each product page.
Can I use the designs commercially?
Our commercial-use bundles include a commercial license, and this is stated on the product page. Please check the product description before using any design in items you sell.
Will the cut files work with my machine?
Our cut templates are provided in SVG, DXF and PDF so they can be used with scissors, Cricut and Silhouette machines. If you are unsure, send us a message before you buy.
How can I print the patterns?
Print at home or take the files to any print shop. The patterns are made at 300 DPI so they stay sharp at standard paper sizes.
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout is handled securely by Whop and supports major credit and debit cards, plus other methods depending on your country.
I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
Contact us with your order details and we will help. Because these are digital products, we handle each case individually.
What is your refund policy?
If your files are corrupted, will not open, differ significantly from the description, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. Once files are downloaded and work as described, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. Read the full refund policy for details.
