Licensing terms

1. Personal use (all products)

Every product includes a personal-use license. You may use the files for:

• Gifts, parties, events and home crafts.
• Printing at home or at a print shop for your own use.
• Cutting with scissors or your own cutting machine for your own projects.
• Planners, scrapbooks, cards and other items that you keep or give away.

2. Commercial use

Commercial use means using the designs in products or services you sell or promote. It is allowed only when the product page states that a commercial license is included, for example our commercial-use bundles and kits.

With a commercial license you may use the designs in physical goods you make and sell, such as printed packaging, cards, stickers and wrapped gifts, and in your own branding and marketing material.

If a product page does not mention a commercial license, please contact us before using it commercially.

3. What you may not do

With any license, you may not:

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the original files, in whole or in part, as they are.
• Sell or share the files as digital downloads, templates, clipart, patterns or in kits, including edited versions of them.
• Upload the files to marketplaces, file-sharing sites or print-on-demand platforms that let others download them.
• Claim the original artwork as your own.
• Use the designs in logos, trademarks or any form of exclusive branding.

4. One license, one buyer

A license is for the person or business that bought the product. If several people in your team will use the files, please buy extra licenses or contact us for a team arrangement.

5. Credit

Credit is appreciated but not required.

6. Ownership

All designs remain the property of AV Global SMC Private Limited. Buying a product gives you the right to use the files as described here. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Breaches

If these terms are broken, we may withdraw the license and take action to protect our work.
