Refund policy

Digital products

All products from AV Global SMC Private Limited are digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we handle refunds case by case under the rules below.

When we will refund or replace

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase if any of these apply:

• The files are corrupted, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot fix the problem or send a working replacement.
• The product is significantly different from its description or preview images.
• You bought the same product twice by mistake.
• You were charged but did not receive access to your files.

When we cannot refund

Refunds are not available in these situations:

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• The files work as described but you do not have the software or machine to use them. Please check the formats listed on the product page before buying.
• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
• The files have been used in a published or sold project.

How to request a refund

Email us at avglobalsmcpvtltd@gmail.com with your order details (the email used at checkout and the product name) and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

We will first try to solve the problem, for example by sending a corrected file. If that is not possible, we will approve your refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to show up, which is usually 5 to 10 business days.

Your legal rights as a consumer

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or US state, including the Australian Consumer Law, the EU and UK consumer rights laws, and Canadian and US consumer laws. Those rights always apply, even where this policy offers less.

If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once you start downloading, as long as you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged this at checkout. If your files are faulty or not as described, you keep your legal right to a repair, replacement or refund.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. That is almost always faster than a dispute with your bank.
