1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase from AV Global SMC Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

We sell digital design assets, including printable patterns, clipart, gift wrapping templates and digital cut files. Products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

We describe each product, its file formats and its preview images as accurately as we can. Colors may look different on different screens and printers.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through Whop, and we never see or store your full card details.

Your order is complete once payment is confirmed. You will receive access to your files right after checkout.

4. Delivery

Digital products are available for download immediately after payment. You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout and for keeping your download access secure.

5. License and permitted use

When you buy a product, you receive a license to use the files as described on our Licensing page. The files remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

• Resell, share, redistribute or upload our files in a way that breaks the license.
• Attempt to copy, scrape or interfere with the site or its security.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide the site and products "as is". We work hard to deliver quality files, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the files will suit every printer, machine or software.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Customers worldwide

We sell to customers in many countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and others. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank or payment provider may convert them to your local currency.

Sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required. You are responsible for any import duties or other charges that apply in your country.

You may not buy from us if doing so would break applicable trade sanctions or export laws.

12. Your local consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any legal right you have as a consumer under the laws of the country or US state where you live, and those rights cannot be waived by contract. This includes, where they apply, rights under US federal and state consumer protection laws, the EU and UK consumer rights laws, the Canadian provincial consumer protection laws and the Australian Consumer Law.

If any part of these terms is not allowed by your local law, that part applies only as far as the law permits, and the rest stays in force.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where AV Global SMC Private Limited is based, except that the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live continue to apply to you.

If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country or US state where you live, where your local law gives you that right.

14. Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at avglobalsmcpvtltd@gmail.com. Most problems are solved quickly this way. If we cannot settle a dispute within 30 days, either side may take it to the courts described above.
